feel like im stuck

I just built the pc in my sig but I cant get windows XP home to load. When I go to set it up it loads fully then when it goes to copy it, it comes up with all these files it can not copy and then fails.

But actually I have to pull one my of stick of ram because if i leave the dual channel in there the comp will just freeze seconds after i reboot. I have no idea whats going on. Can someone help?

feel like you're stuck you certianly look like it maybe the other ram sticks bug*** or it's your motherboard

how does it fail? What is hte message it gives you? Try just using your other stick of ram.

actually i found the reason on newegg. The reviews for my ram say u need to up the voltage from 1.8 to 2.1. And I did and it runs.
