Hi, all
I have few questions about the computer. Please help me.

1. Is there any web/software can send a SMS to other countries by the E-mail?

2. Is there any software can transfer the fax to the e-mail box? This means after I have received a fax by WinFax. Is it possible to use a software to transfer a fax copy to my e-mail box?

3. Is it possible that I can upload my whole PC to the internet storage service? Then I can control my PC anywhere without the VNC.

I wouldn't know of a specific program for sending emails to different countries. But as far as emailing faxes received you would attach the file itself to an outgoing email. As far uploading information off of a system you can find large capacity servers for storing data. But remote access to a system is enabled on the system itself as an option. The system would have to be connected online and accessed with administrative tools granting it.
 
Emails like game servers can often see restrictions depending on which countries there. Some countries do not allow access to controlled gaming servers and may block email traffic as well.
