hey,
when im watching long videos online after a few minutes it just starts loading them like a dial up connection even though the internet still running at full speed.Anyone know anything about that?

anyone know where i can get a battery for a toshiba equium coz i cant find one anywhere? i live in ireland if that matters

im on windows vista and have 2gig ram and 1.6gh and when i try to run CSS it is incredibly stop-start despite having a ping of under 50,,,


any help would be appreciated thank you

Could be multiple reasons, from a ''clagged'' computer to a low quality video card.

Where are you watching these video's? or is it just every single streaming video website?
 
If it's a large video...

And ZER0X had a point on the GFX too. If you're trying to play CS:S on a crappy GFX, it's not going to start or end well.
