I just built my new PC (DEC. 26th)...here are the specs...

Athlon 3700+ (Socket 939)
eVGA 7800GT
2GB Corsair Value Select (4 x 512)
Asus A8N SLI - nforce 4
NEC DVD-RW
200Gb + 40Gb Ata133s
Antec Truepower 2.0 550w
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream: Black w/ sidewindow

It all worked flawlessly, except a slight problem w/ my fans and the "Fan only" cables on my psu...but that was quickly resovled....

also, the chipset drivers that came with my motherboard didn't work properly, and corrupted my windows, so i needed to reinstall, but that was no big deal...

it's all good now and i love it ;)

Very nice setup actually :). Most of the time there is something that goes wrong when you build a PC, but that's to be expected.

Thanks all...

The little problem i had was nothing...i figured i was going to be having much worse problems

Ya. I just recently helped my friend build a computer for his brother and was actually a good experience because the last few times I built I just let my dad do the whole thing (this was when I did not like technology as much:D) but this time I learned a lot more. We had trouble with the hard drive, then windows didn't install right. We also had a hard time installing the drivers for his X850 for some reason... but ya, it's to be expected
