I just downloaded nod32. I was trying to test out the virus scan and moved a virus from my recycle bin to desktop. It says the file is a read-only file and asked me if im sure i wanna move it. i said yes. then after that. i cant find that file on my desktop nor my recycle bin. i used the search button and look for it but stil cant find it. Where can it be? Will my computer get keylogged because i play a game and im very high level. Virusname=sfhgj.exe

Please help.

nod does not have "move to recycle bin"
nod WILL delete any viruses it can or it depends on how i was setup but its default actions will probably delete th file.
Or probably the virus is in quarantine, open up nod control center and locate quarantine.

what i mean is. I dont think my nod is working fine. so i took a virus that i deleted to my desktop. Then it says the file is read-only. Do i really want to continue. i said yse and the virus disaapeared. please help me check if the virus is a keylogger or not. BTW. Is Nod32 a very good virus scan?

There really are better ways of checking your virus protection status than restoring a virus. Please post a HijackThis log, and we'll see what's going on:

Please download the HijackThis installer from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe.

Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

When the Notepad window opens choose Edit -> Select All to select the entire log, and copy and paste the log into a reply post.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

this is not a good way to test ur anti-virus.
sfhgj.exe is a worm, a back door that provide access for others into ur computer.
