File opening and converting software.

Is there a program that can open or extract any file type such as .iso, .rar, and others. Also a software that can convert files to different file types such as from wav to mp3 or .mkv to .mov. I have many various file types that my computer can't open or extract, and a lot of files that I need to convert, but I don't want to download a bunch of shitty file opening software that won't work. what should I use?

7zip can open RAR and ISO images, though if you want to mount the ISO instead, Virtual Clonedrive is a good option. I don't know much about audio conversion. I imagine you could use Audacity for that.

7-zip and Eusing free video converter or Cheetah audio converter.
But there are many more you can use...Those above are the ones I use.

I use Winrar and PowerISO for extracting rar and ISO files. On convertng different audio and video files, I use Xilisoft Video converter. This is nt for advertising or marketing but Xilisoft probably is one of the best converter I know. It lets you convert anything to almost anything. You can even convert audio and video to your gaming console file types.
