File sharing between two PC's

Can I create a network to share files between my two desktops? Here is what I am working with.

PC#1 Windows XP Home edition, plugged into Linksys Wireless router.

PC#2 Windows XP pro edition, connected to the same Linksys routerwireless router through wireless card.

Can I set these up to share files with what I have through the router?

Do I need to connect them some other way?

Yes, just make sure they can both see each other.
Once they can, you can set the files you want shared, to be, well, shared haha

Alright...how do I get them to see each other? I need dummy instructions here! I never set up a network before but I am not computer illiterate as I managed to set up my secured wireless and both PC's have internet.

I have filesharing turned on on both PC's but I heard somewhere they both must have the same workgroup name or something like that?

I need to set this up so both PC's can use one printer and see each others files.
