File Sharing Network (Vista/XP)

I set up a file sharing network between two computers in my house, but I am having trouble with a third.
I successfully have file sharing between the two computers using XP, but I am having trouble getting it to work on Vista.

The workgroup on all 3 computers are the same (HOME), but I can't see any documents from the computer running Vista.
 
Not for the file sharing. The Vista computer it able to connect to the internet, but just has problem seeing any other computer on the file sharing network.

No, I didn't need to do anything like that as the router is public at the moment.
I am just having troubles with any computer hooked up via wireless cards. This includes both XP and Vista computers.
