File Upload / Download Website

I'm looking for a website where I can upload a file of approx 2GB - 3GB and then I would be able to give the link to a particular user and they would download it from this website. I'm looking for a website that is free, efficient and has a lot of storage space.

Does anyone know of such a good website which can get the job done or maybe can recommend something good that I can use?

Cmon man, that's an easy one.

Google drive, dropbox, pretty much any cloud storage setup. Even Owncloud can do that crap.

Yes, I'm using OneDrive of Microsoft. I have 5GB of storage space on the cloud which is enough for what I need to do.

Oh so you mean that you took my suggestion and just started using OneDrive? The wording of your post made it sound like you already were using it before you even asked the question.
