Files disappeared, how to recover them?

Help me, please. I created a new folder on the desktop, right after that I pressed ctrl+x to cut some IMPORTANT photos and videos from my Camera Roll (Iphone 5c), and pasted them to the new folder. Then I had to repeat the same action for some other photos, but accidentally I pressed Ctrl+z a few times while selecting files, not cntrl+x. After that the folder that I created in the beginning has disappeared. I don't have in my Camera Roll as well. I tried to use such programs as Recover my Files and Recuva, but wasn't able to find anything. Is there are any possibility that I can recover them? Thank you.

ctrl + z would undo what you did, so they should be where they were originally before creating the folder on the desktop.

Oh, sorry, I missed the iPhone part. Once you delete something from removable media, it's permanently gone because it doesn't go to the recycling bin. Did you try running recuva on the iPhone?

I once made a small test on my USB flash drive by putting a lot of files on it and then deleting them.
After that I used Pareto logic data recovery software and it returned a lot of deleted files.

So I would highly recommend you to try it.It is one of the best programs I ever used for returning deleted data...
