The problem is the following:
i plug my usb in any of my usb ports (both 2.0 and 3.0), transfer a file to the usb from my computer, after that when i can see the file is on the usb i use the "eject disk".
But when i plug the usb in my laptop or back into my computer i just disconnected it from the file is gone.
if i transfer the file in a folder, it keeps the folder but the file is gone, same if i make the file into a rar/zip file i keep the rar/zip but its empty.
this only seem to happen with any movie format i try to move.
i have scanned my computer but it found nothing wrong on the system
the files are working before i move them.
the usb if working as long as its not a video file.
if im transfering from my laptop to the main computer its working fine, its only the other way around its failing.
its not a hidden file. the space is freed up after the file disappears.
Hope someone can help me figuring this out because its really annoying that i keep loosing my files.
if you need me to do something to test your teories feel free to ask, but just keep in mind i dont know alot about computers so dont use "big words"
