Awhile ago, I have deleted some files from my laptop including .tmp files. When I went to delete them, the icons that were there went but it still says I have files in there. When I click 'Empty Recycling Bin', the box pops up saying "are you sure you want to delete all 19 items from Recycling Bin?" I click yes but it still says the same thing when I go to delete them. A week or so ago, it went down to 12 items and now it's down to 4. The for items that are stuck in the Recycling, Bin won't delete. I click on it a number of times. It still says "Are you sure you want to delete all 4 items from Recycling Bin?" When I open the Recycling Bin, it still shows no icons in it.
