Final Advice before purchase plz

Here is the system I am looking at I just wanted to make sure that it will all work together.

Buying a dell 560 for $299.99

Then buying a 2 stick 8GB ram from tiger direct for $40.00

Then I want to grab this XFX HD-645X-ZQH2 Radeon HD 6450 625M Video Card - 1GB, DDR3, PCI-Express 2.1 (x16), 1x DVI, 1x HDMI, 1x VGA, DirectX 11, Single-Slot, Low Profile
$29.99 after rebate.

This look ok to run games on lowish to med settings?

and will it all work together
 
I believe you will need to get DDR3-1066 RAM, not 1600. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong
and if you plan to use all 8GBs then you will need a 64-bit OS, 32-bit can only use up to 4GBs

Yeah, it need to be 1066 RAM. Go for the lowest option and buy the RAM separately, like you were gonna do. $240 for 8GB is ridiculous.
