Looks good to me. What about CPU cooling? Gunna stick with stock?
Yeah, in the future I think, but right now I don't really have the budget. How much of a difference would it make, it's for overclocking right?

if you are into any sort of serious overclocking, go for an aftermarket cooler. they're usually quieter but the price is a factor
 
Why is everyone going for AMD builds that will soon become obsolete? It's and outdated socket and architecture.

The Xigmatek HDT-S1283 is good and quiet, it's also cheap on newegg.
