Get something stronger than a CM PSU, try a Corsair or Silverstone. Look at buying a z68 board, and possibly if you can swing it, go with something with more density than 1 gig dimms, ram is stupid cheap right now, no point cutting corners there. Xion, not very certin on that case, I'd do a Antec 302 myself... GT520 is a pretty weak card, if you can swing some money, aim for a gt440 or greater.

Where are you buying these parts from? That's abnormally cheap. I agree with the Coolermaster PSU - get a better PSU. Really for that system, a Corsair CX430 would be absolutely fine. I'd spend less on the motherboard as right now that is eating up a whole chunk of your budget and leaving you with a weak CPU and GPU. You probably don't need a P67 motherboard, so I'd go for P8H61-M. Then with the money you save from the board you can buy a much better graphics card, go for a GT 440 or if you can afford it a Radeon 6850. They're going to be so much faster than a GeForce GT 520.

With the spec you've got above, you will probably only be able to play at lowest settings on a low resolution. If you can up your budget and get a better CPU and GPU (say an i3 2120 and a 6850) then it will be much better. Which games do you want to play?

You need to increase your budget there. That is not a good build at all. You do not want a celeron processor. The power supply is really low end. And as said before, where are you buying these parts from?

A 5570 still isn't going to play a great deal. What is the most you can spend on the whole PC? Right now I'd say get a cheaper H61-based motherboard and then put more money into the CPU, PSU and GPU.

The mobo is very cheap (its on sale for $70) and it's ATX with 4 ram slots, I'm not getting a mATX. I'm playing 800x600.

Right OK if you're only playing at 800x600 then a 5570 will probably be OK for you. What games do you want to play? you haven't actually said what.

Mainly minecraft until I get a 660 and new monitor. I play tom clancys advanced warfighter 2, Wheelman Vin deasal, fuel (free roam race game), and any gamefly unlimited pc play game.

I still think you should spend more on the CPU and PSU though. A 5570 is probably going to be OK until you get a 660 but you want to make sure you get a good CPU if you want to run a 660 otherwise you'll run into bottlenecks (when the CPU limits the GPU's performance) and if you want a 660 you're going to need a much better power supply. I think your budget is also a bit low still.

Your priorities are
CPU -> GPU -> Power Supply -> RAM -> Monitor -> DVD ROM

Doesn't really matter what optical drive you have, and you can upgrade the monitor at any time without a hassle. The RAM is important, but for a gaming PC not as important as the CPU, GPU and PSU. You want to put as much money as you can into the CPU, GPU and PSU right now. However, on your tight budget, that is going to be very difficult.

Don't know why you're on about Windows 9, Windows 8 hasn't even been released yet. :/

That's abnormally cheap. If that is a genuine Seasonic PSU then it will be fine, but I have my doubts. $11 for a Seasonic power supply? Seems fishy to me, but mind you it is used so it would be cheaper I suppose. I still think you should spend more and get a CX430 though, but if you're budget is really very tight, then yeah that should be OK so long as its genuine.

I think you may need to do some more saving up. ;)

No but you don't need to worry about the wattage, you need to worry about the amperage to the +12V rail. The Coolermaster outputs 18A to each +12V rail, but the Corsiar outputs 28A to a single +12V rail which is more like it. Cheaper power supplies tend to have multiple +12V rails I find, but the quality ones only a single +12V rail, a single +12V rail is probably better.

The Coolermaster PSU uses very cheap components, it's actually not made by Coolermaster but by a company called FSB who make very cheap power supplies for OEMs (such as Dell and HP). The Corsair is much better quality and is only 30W less. One other thing is the Elite 460 is also typically just over 70% efficient, well the Corsair and most other decent power supplies are like 80-85% efficient these days. Spend the extra on a decent PSU and then save money by not paying as much for your electricity bills. ;) because the more efficient PSUs won't draw as much power from the wall.

Reading through some of the reviews for the Elite 460, many users are saying that the Elite 460 actually only outputs around 400W, so in that case, the Corsair is also more powerful.
