Looks like a pretty beefy rig to me.

I'm curious, though:

Why the H-50?

Is that the base model P8P67?
 
Mobo - ASUS P8P67 Pro. ASUS P8P67 only support second pci-e x 16 at x4 speed.
Get ASRock P67 Extreme4 if you want it cheap
 
How about NZXT HALE 90 Series? Since I'm going to overclock, I figured out that I should get a better PSU, but I couldn't spend to much either, so what about the NZXT HALE 90 1000 watt? Would it be ok for GTX 570 SLI + Overclocking?
 
I don't see why it wouldn't. Its a great performer, with high quality internals, and 1KW will be more than enough.
