Ack, beware cheapo PSU's such as the one you've chosen. Custom PC bought a generic unit (not as expensive but not far off your chosen one) and it was running at an abysmal 48% effeciency (that is, 52% of the drawn power was being wasted). Spend less on the over-expensive motherboard by getting a 750i o(or a P35/P45 board unless you need SLi) and then get something like a Corsair PSU.

EDIT: Why two pairs of memory?

the first set of memory is now deleted, im keeping the corsair, also whats wrong with the mother board? im looking for a really good motherboard so i can keep ugrading the other parts over the years without replacing the motherboard, and im looking for better video cards to sli in the future also!

You can get 750i motherboards cheaper and while you sacrifice 1 PCI-e slot you can save a few bob. Plus, if you try to run SLi with that cheap PSU, it'll just go pop.

Any ideas on what the best 750i motherboard is for the money? and one that wont go out of date for a long time!
ive now gone for another psu, a better one and also a cpu cooler

It's cheaper and unless you want 3 graphics cards in SLi, RAID etc there's no point wasting money on an expensive board like that.

Anyone got any suggestions on motherboards for my spec?

Edit: and can someone please help me to what leads i need e.g s-ata lead power lead all the ribbon leads etc?

regards
