Id go for a better HSF, like Gigabyte G-Pro cooler or an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 / 7 Pro...

much quieter and cooler than stock..

nope, you need to get one with a 965 / 975 chipset....

if you need mATX, go for the P5B micro one...

well, i m sticking with the old motherboard.

i just called msi and they said they support non-ecc memories at 1.9v ..and stuff like that
