FINALLY ordered my new build

I FINALLY purchased my dream machine that I've wanted for the past 6 months. It should be here Monday.


COMPONENTS
  • Intel Q9450
  • G.SKill DDR2 4GB @1000MHz
  • Asus Maximus Formula
  • EVGA 8800GT 512MB(With Akimbo Cooler)
  • Thermaltake Armor
  • 250GB WD with 32MB Cache

I'll take some pictures and run some benchmarks and let you all know how is does (not that you care, but that's not going to stop me haha).

Congrats vonfeldt...I guess making threads on the q9450 made it available for sale quicker after all (intel got scared) :rolleyes: .It says sold out on the q9450 on newegg,you must timed it just right. LOL

I still don't get why people order the nice X38 board and then turn around and buy an nvidia graphics card :P :D
 
Yeah, it was between the X38, and the 780I, and the X38 is better (imo) so that's why. I don't plan on using SLI anyways.
