everything looks awesome but get a 4850 instead of a 9800GTX they are pretty much the same price if not the 4850 is cheaper and the 4850 out performs the 9800.

Yep, that GPU will work just fine with that Intel chipset. The core speed doesn't matter too much, these days its more about how efficient the core is in processing the information.
