Is there any computer stroe in Canada that does custom built comps for financing ? I know Best Buy and Future Shop do, but they don't custom build it. And if they did they'd charge probably twice the ammount.

GTA area would b perfect

Hey

Hey buddy, kinda sux eh nowhere to finance a good computer from.. Word of advice tho do not go to Best Buy or Future Shop. Used to work at Best Buy and the computer systems there are seriously not worth the money and none of the computers that you get will have a video card unless its a media centre PC but even then your video card will still suck. The only way i would go if i was you, if you didn't plan on building your own would be to go with dell.ca but all their stuff is propietary stuff and you might be able to go to a local comp store and do financing through there, but i guess you need to know what you are gonna use the computer for as well. And you can always check newegg.com because in the future they always talk about being able to ship to canada...and you can always try calling them or trying their web chat

who isnt unless u build it urself anything will be over priced dell is shit and way to expensive to get somethuing equiveklant ti that wich u couldnt because even teh 3800+x2 out performs all the duo core cpu's from intel aqnd to get something like that from them u would pay about 5000 to ge t the closest cpu to the 4400 and the 7900gtx ex they dont even got raptors or any fast drives what so ever they only got large ones wich isnt that important these days anyway oh and they give u xp home stock my friend got the 64 bit xp pro with the one from best buy for free

That is the major point I agree with you on. Trust me, although I have a Dell, I would gladly trade it in for anything else. It was against my wishes that I got a Dell.

And I don't know about Home being standard, but IMHO the lack of drivers that work for Xp 64 bit makes it a worse OS then Home. But I have professional.

In what aspect does the X2 3800+ do better then ALL the intel dual cores? I can almost guarantee that some of the higher end intel ones do better then the 3800+. But that isn't to say that Intel does much better then AMD...at this point. ;)

Hey guy, thx for response

Anyway yeah I know what I wanna get, every single part is already chosen.
AMD X2 4400
Asus A8N
evga 7900 GT SLI
Western Digital Raptor 150GB...........

The only problem is that spending all that money at once would get me in big problem with my fiancee, LOl. Not only that she hates when I play online but if she'd see that I spend $2500+ on a comp she'd probably throw it out the window :)

And Best Buy is way overpriced and has shitty computers. My father bought Sony Viao comp from there, comp is running like **** right now.

silicon valley computers <----- Do u have a link to them ?
