FInd me a 24 LCD mon please

What resoloution are you looking for? 1920x1200 would be the standard for a 24" with hdmi i think. Also, not sure on what you are meaning by 1:1,one more thing...for "cheap", could i ask a budget in USD? clarify these things and we can help ya out;)
EDIT: Found Out, this one has 1:1 on it, and benQ is a pretty good monitor, should be nice for what you are asking.
