finding higher res icons for object dock

i need to find some higher res icons that actually look good for my object dock in windows taht i dowloaded, i need to find it for:
xfire
ventrilo
steam
if anyone could give me any links that would be great
 
Have you tried:

skinbase.org

That's all i can think from the top of my head... Wincustomize has links to other great sites as well.
 
how do i make them into an icon once i have downloaded them? and also when i change the icon, i drag it onto the dock, and its the same as it was
 
Once you have downloaded them. Unzip them first with Winzip or Winrar.

Then upload them into your Object Dock folder, wherever you installed it. Either just put it in there, or make a new folder for it in there. Then right click on the icons on your object dock.

Go to "Dock Entry Properties" and change the image. Just point to where you put those .PNG and .ICO files, the files you unzipped earlier.
