Firefox and shares

Okay I have to questions.
The first is there anyway to get RSS in on the google homepage in firefox? (The one that comes defult in firefox)
Second is what is a good, simple and free program to organsive and monitor a share portfolio in? Just basic tracking really so I can see when they've gone up and down and such.

Doesn't anyone know?
Please I really want to know I think I used to use Micrsoft Money but the new version doesnt have the features I need.
And the firefox question is pretty basic.
