Firefox Bookmarks and Warcraft III save file help please.

Hey, im about to reformat my PC for the first ever time. And basically I wanted to keep my favourites/bookmarks that I have in firefox. I can get the ones from IE easy enough but it doesnt have any of the ones I want which are in firefox.

So if anybody knows a way to get these bookmarks I would be very pleased as I would rather not save all the URLs to notepad for like 100 sites.

p.s. anyone know where the game save file in Warcraft III is located.
 
Ok found out bookmarks. Had to click "Bookmarks, organise bookmarks, export"

Any how would still be nice if anyone could tell me which of the files is the game save for Warcraft III.

What does the warcraft 3 directory look like? Usually if you open enough folders in it you'll find the save games. I think warcraft 3 still used .sav files for save games so search for those.

That is true for IE, thats why I said it was easy to find, but I have sorted that now.

As for the Warcraft III, well I could not find any .sav files in the directory, and this is what the folder looks like.

 
i was actually saying that the WC3 save file is in "My Documents" but apparently you have been there and did not see any WC3 save file... so i was proven wrong... :)

EDIT: try a search of files with the extrension ".sav" without the quote sign... (not sure if you've done this)
 
There is no ".sav" anywhere on my computer for warcraft III, I was thinking maybe it is bncache.dat?? I thought this cos thats like one of four files that have been updated since I installed the game.
 
bncache is the battle.net cache file.

If you start up the game and go to load game does it show the file extension? I think the campaign unlock is in a .w3p and .w3v file but I dont know if that has ingame saves as well.
 
I will give that a look and thats better than nothing :).

Also I guess I could uninstall the game then say I don't want to delete save game files, and everything that is left must be them lol.
 
Ahaha and grrrrrr:mad: I worked out why I could not find the sav file. Opened the game and it comes up with an error it can't play sounds whichI found odd, went to click my profile and shock horror its gone, desaipeared. Its like somewhere along the line something has deleted those files. How odd and anoying, need to start from the beggining Grrrr, or cheat untill half way through W3:FT but have shit items. Ohh well.
