Well I downloaded and installed but it crashes as soon as I try to open it :0 it brings up the crash console and wont let me open it in safe mode either what the heck is going on?

as far as i know, yes.

try re downloading it?
if you dont need to keep all your saved bookmarks and stuff then delete the whole mozilla firefox folder after you have uninstalled it.

should installed fresh then. see if that works

just installed it right now. i'm liking the new default skin. too bad my add-on skins are now gone. might look around for some now.
