Firefox right click

I don't know if anyone can help me...but here it goes
I use dial up, I live in the middle of nowhere and it's all I can get, I also have an accelerator service from my IP, I just figured out how to get it to work with Firefox but now I'm just having one problem, the accelerator reduces image quality a lot...in IE on the right click menu there was an option to "refresh picture with full quality" and "refresh page with full quality" if anyone has any ideas how I can get these in FF I would really appreciate it
sorry for the wordy explanation

thanks!

I think thats how the accelerator works. (makes since though). lower resolution.
The accelerator might have some settings you can change. on the other hand the lower the faster.

I'm sorry, I think you mis-understood me, I know it reduces image quality...but it's something in the right click menu that I would like, here's a picture (or two):

this one is Firefox

and internet explorer

I highlighted the options I would like to have in FF
I hope that makes more sense

i don't know. i do know if your using dial up, whatever you do to make it better won't make no diff. its still dial up.
sorry

I see what you are talking about. If I understand correctly you would like to have those options in Firefox correct? If that is the reason it could be because the accelerator you are using does not support Firefox. What is the name of the accelerator you are using?

Well, I know that it does not support firefox, it's peoplepc...I was just wondering if there was any way to add them, or if anyone has ever made a program to do that (though I sincerely doubt it) thanks though

People Pc is the name of your internet service provider. What is the name of the download accelerator that is offered from People Pc?

Yep! And it works surprisingly well, my surf speeds are par with DSL for non-secure web pages, however it reduces the image quality a lot (I can control the reduction of quality), anyways, I want the expression to take one image on the page and get full quality, like this:

there you can see the obvious difference, that's from IE when you click "refresh this picture with full quality" that's why I would love to have that option in FF

http://home.peoplepc.com/helpinfo/accelerator/UsingAccelerator/default.asp

"PeoplePC Accelerated works with a wide range of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 98, Me, 2000 or XP) as well as your Internet Explorer browser. You can use PeoplePC Accelerated with other browsers including Netscape, Opera, and Mozilla after completing some additional configuration. Please note: PeoplePC supports Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher."

In your Start menu, you will find this: PeoplePC Help
"PeoplePC Help offers troubleshooting tips in case that you experience problems with Internet access after installing PeoplePC Accelerated.

Help also contains information about using PeoplePC Accelerated with browsers including Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, and Mozilla."

I do not see "Firefox" specifically mentioned anywhere. But if you remember that Netscape=Mozilla=Firefox, you should be able to follow the same instructions.

Hope this helps some.

OvenMaster, thanks a lot, I mean really a lot, unfortunately there was nothing there...I think I'll just break down and email tech support, and hope that they know what to do...thanks though!

So, i got done with tech support, what a joke, "you're talking to a real person!!!!!" What bullcrap, the stupid automated tech support can't do crap, (name was Rosie by the way) and then they gave me a link for "live chat tech support with a real person" which was with Sean! who was also freaking automated, or at least copying and pasting, all I needed was a yes this is how you do it, or, no, that's impossible...I hate tech support. I mean, I know a fair amount about computers, and I can talk computers with whoever, but seriously, tech support should know more than me.
Sorry about the rant everyone, I'm still open to ideas if you happen to have them.
