Firefox: Updated

I just downloaded it as well. I dont know what version it was but it included a spell check, it was quite handy.

There really is not that big of a difference. But it defintily does look nicer except I cannot find any themes to work with the version.

I refuse to update firefox any more, ever since a few versions before 1.5 its gone downhill a lot, maybe its just me expecting too much. Either way, im on 1.5.0.5 at the moment and refuse to upgrade anymore. It just disappoints. IE7 is looking more tempting every minute. *something i thought i would never say*

beta2 is alot more stable for me, Beta1 would crash for no reason, even if i wasn't using it just BOOM, gone :P

I installed it earlier today. Am using it for now to see if I like it enough to stick with a beta.

I hope 2.0 will fix the issues associated with FF1.5. Still miles better then IE either way though, IMO. (I had to fix a bunch of render bugs in IE for DeskPRO the other day: nightmare).

i dont like the new icons
i liked classic icons :D
there seems to be some new features
will post back after a couple of days

i dont know why i always like classic stuff !
all the themes in winamp , media player, ... etc are classic
i still even use media player classic

fine, i updated to beta 2, it hasnt impressed me, it looks more mac-ish, just like everything else does now-a-days, and the keyboard shortcut Alt+S for submitting a post or thread on cf.com no longer works, it brings up the history tool menu in FF, what a load of good that is.... nice one Mozilla, another quality release.

Downhill, downhill, and its getting steaper, gathering speed to, they just keep plumetting down this massive hill.
