hi there, can anyone help on this, its really frustrating, as i only really use firefox and all my bookmarks that i had are, i hope, not gone. first of all this is the error i get when i try to open firefox:
this application has failed to start because js325.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem (it dosen't)
so ive tried a few things, re-installing, thats without deleting - no joy there
went back three days on system restore - still wont open but the error does not seem to come up at this point.
from there i tried to start firefox in safe mode - still nothing
then i deleted the program totally and re-installed - nothing again
it just doesn't respond when i double click the firfox icon. yet when i go into the task manager eace time it is running, or at least there is firefox in there, whether anything is happening or not i dont know.
i forgot to mention that i was trying to download a plugin for playing embedded windows media player in firefox, after that the problem seemed to be there
thats all the info i have no, well all i can remember anyway.
i hope somebody can help. or at least help me to recover my bookmarks, so i could transfer them to IE or some other browser
thanks in advance
