i once made a firewall rule both in indbound and outbound, where i blocked all connection for a game (uplay's ghost recon wildlands) i only blocked the game not the launcher.
anyway i want to remove the rule again, but for some reason its not showing in the two area i created them in, it does show up under "monitoring > firewall" but i cant delete them from there only see what the rule is for.

any fix i can try?

From within the windows firewall panel you should be able to find the rules you created for inbound and outbound.

You could manually create a permit rule similar to the reject rule you created to overwrite the behavior for that exe.

i've already tried to create a new rule in both giving it access to the connection again, but its still not working.
after creating the new rules its just ignoring them (not showing up under monitoring) but still shows the old ones that blocks the connections
