First AMD build

hi i'm making a computer for my friend and this is my first AMD build so i'm not 100% sure if these parts are the best fit or a good combination, feed back would be appreciated. he wants it for mid level gaming, WoW, ect.
his price point is around $500 canadian.

dont need a Hard drive or Power supply or case as he already has one.

Don't get GTX 460 SE it's slower than the regular GTX 460. I'm highly suspicious of the PSU, most that come with cases are very bad. what brand and model is it?

Everything else looks solid, though I'm not a fan of MSI motherboards.
 
oh the CPU is a OCZ from the my old computer, its one of my old Builds. i'm not going to give a friend a CPU that came with a case they are terrible, do u have another suggestion for a MoBo? as long as its around the same price i woudlent mind switching it.
