Prime was running for about 20Mins. My mobo is a Gigabyte DS3L. My CPU voltage is set at 1.32500V. This is what I set it at to start with and didn't have to raise it. So maybe I can lower it?

Here are a few other settings in the bios

System Memory Multiplier (SPD) [2.00]
Memory Frequency 800 890
DDR2 OverVoltage Control [+0.2V]
FSB OverVoltage Control [Nromal]
MCH OverVoltage Control [1V]

It all seems right, as long as CE1 and EIST is disabled.

I'm running mine at 1.28v (in bios) and ran orthos for 2 hours.

You may be able to lower it, some people need 1.25-1.36v to get 4.0ghz stable. Got to play with it a little. I havn't even tried seeing if mine is stable at lower voltage, i doubt it though :P

Well I decided to try and lower the Vcore. This resulted in prime & orthos crashing. So I put it back up to 1.325. Prime will crash on me after about 30 to 40 mins. Does this mean I need to bump my vcore up some more? How long should prime run without crashing for me to say its stable?

Bump up the VCore and allow Prime95 to run for, at least, 2 hours.
