First build and need help with connecting USB and 1394 thingy to the Power supply

My instruction manual in my motherboard was least helpful I know where the 2 ports are but, I don't know what part of the power supply goes to which port, for they are both blue with no label, and my case instruction says that if I put them in the wrong ports they'd be useless so I don't want to plug em into just ANY port so I need some help here.

they go to the motherboard not the power supply. some usb if you look at the bottom one pin is missing and that should show you which way to plug it in. the plugs should say usb2 and similar.
