thatll work with my asus P5NSLI mobo?
then a hardrive * http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822136014 *

uh .. i have a e6300 and that asus mobo and the ultra aluminus mobo
iam still in need of a burner =/ then... the media center OS, then the tv tuner/capture card...
then this will all hopefully be built by thanksgiving so...
to be safe iam going to use either concrete(indoor type) or anti static mat ,anti-static gloves,grounding wrist strap...

any tips on anything here?

That ram will work fine with that mobo...

As for needing AS5...you only need it for you will be taking the HSF and CPU off your mobo, and putting it back on.
