Haven't built a computer for a few years, so i am very much out of the loop on the newest components. Started browsing newegg and this forum this last week, trying to get a handle on things. Im looking to build a decent budget pc, not for gaming just internet and multimedia use. This is what i have so far, any suggestions would be great.

I have a Monitor, Optical drive, Windows 7 64bit home, I was thinking of using the onboard graphics until i bought a new one.

What's the budget?
If it isn't going to play games, then the obv will do 1080p, BR, and 2 monitors.
It will play some games but not at very good setting depending on the game.

well my total for that stuff there is 350, which i think is pretty much a steal for what im getting. I have 2 1tb HD's that will be put in the case also. This setup will work good for hooking up to a 42" plasma? or will a Vid Card be needed?

aren`t you better just waiting a couple of weeks intels sandybridge range will be released and they are supposed to very impressive.

Motherboard. If you plan on using onboard video till you get a card.
Decent board for the money.

Memory DDR3 1600 for cheaper.

Power supply. Get a better one. Or you kill your options on upgrading to a video card later on.
