Im still missing a monitor and suggestions on how to improve the system with out increasing the price much.

dont get 64bit
get 32bit
and upgrade to 64bit later when the market is more saturated with 64 bit programs

im not a big fan of that case but it doesnt look bad

You might want to get 64bit anyways, more and more programs are being created with support for it. You would want to get 4gigs of ram though, because 64bit can see/use it. I've always liked OCZ power supplies, wiw had a good recommendation. That mobo can use 800 or 1066 memory, get what ever is in your budget. (P35 supports 800 officially).
 
I'd go for a P35-DS3L or a P31-DS3L, as MSI can be tricky, and as some reviews say, flashing the CMOS may cause problems. If you're planning on just using it like a regular system... then it should be fine.
