Couple of things. First, the 2600K is socket LGA1155, not 1555.
You dont need a SATA-600 hard drive. HDDs barely max the SATA-300 standard. The SSD will benefit though.
Case is always personal preference.

RAM, DDR3-1333 or faster. Some brands I have experience with are Patriot, Corsair, and Kingston. None of these give many problems. (most were just not seated properly).

Rest looks good to me.

personally, I am partial to Gigabyte, but they both look to be wonderful boards. Either will work for you.
