First Build; Need Help!

This is my first build and most likely i will upgrade it later on. It is mostly for gaming, but with a lot of photo editing aswell; there may also be some video editing for game plays that are recorded. I would like to OC aswell to perhaps around 4.5. Would this be a good build for £1400?

Looks you've got it pretty much all figured - that's all good stuff you've chosen there, just a few things:

Firstly I love ASUS boards, but the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H is just as good as that ASUS and I believe it's cheaper too, so get one of those.

You should get a good overclocker with that cooler, not sure about 4.5GHz though. For 4.5 you'd probably need to look at a liquid cooler such as the Corsair H-Series.

Rest looks fine. Where are you buying all of this from?
