first build.... want to build ultimate gaming rig

hello, i am a hardcore gamer (ut2004 mostly tho i cant wait to play doom 3) about a year ago my computer broke and i havent had the money to rebuild it....untill now :D

so i want to build the best gaming machine possible, my budget is about 1800 dollars and i really like to order my computer as soon as possible but first i want to make sure that i am building the best gaming rig i possibly can.

this is what i want to get:

processor - amd athlon 64 4000+

graphics card - xfx geforce 7800 gtx

motherboard - abit AN8-ULTRA

powersupply - ocz powerstream 520 w

enclosure - antec p180

harddrive - 2 x western digital raptor 36.7 gb and a 250gb seagate baracuda for storage

heatsink - thermalright xp90c


and this is what i already have

gateway 19 inch lcd moniter
audigy sound card
cd and dvd drives
and
ram - 2 x 512 mb mushkin ddr 400


now i have few questions,

is there any computer parts that im leaving out to put togather my system?

will it be difficult to setup my harddrives for raid 0?

what is the best tv-tuner card u guys would recommend, i want one with high res tv capabilty and ps2 compatiblity.

Granted the OCz is better but the PSU that comes with the case is pretty kickass too

will it be difficult to setup my harddrives for raid 0?

No although i dont know why you would want to consdiering it would give you damn near 0% improvement for gaming
