First Build Won't turn on

My first build won't turn on. I RMA'D my mobo and cpu and they just came in today. I hooked everything up and when i hit the power button NOTHING happened. HELP! Last time i posted people told me to juss hook everything up right.. tht things fit in only one way/one place.

Can someone please help me with hooking up a case to a ds3 in particular?? I tested a majority of the parts on the inside (not the mobo or cpu) and they work. PLEASE HELP!
 
Double checked all connections? Made sure the PSU switch is on, and plugged in correctly?

If nothing works at all, and no lights on the mobo come on, it's probably a PSU problem.
 
The psu works. I think its either i broke something while hookign it up (i used a magnetic screw driver?) or the case isnt hooked up properly. Tyhe manual says soemthing about there being negaitive and psitive sides but tht isnt shown on the connectors anywhere. Idk. I'll try diff combos.
