This is my first build. tell me what you guys think.

I bought:
Intel Core i5 750 2.66GHz LGA1156 Processor
Kingston DDR3-1600 2GB HyperX CL9 Memory Module
Cooler Master eXtreme Power PSU - 550W
EVGA P55 Micro IP55 Motherboard
MSI R5750-MD1G Radeon HD5750

And used:
160GB seagate Barracuda Hard Drive
DVD-RW optical drive
from my previous pc

It's pretty nice, what are you going to use it for? What OS? Are you Overclocking? How much did it cost? I would get 4GB of RAM if I were you, go for Win7 64 bit :)

Good one though:D

The idea is to use it for gaming.
Win7 32 bit ( i am going to try and get 64 bit later on)
Yes but at a later stage (Will first get a better cpu cooler as i am using the i5 stock)
About $950
I will upgrade ram later on ( cash is a bit tight after all this)

Haha good answers! :)
I assume you already had a copy of Win7 32-bit 'cause it's exactly the same price as 64-bit, but 64-bit supports 4GB+ of RAM and is generally more efficient :) what sort of games you playin', dude?

Haha Ya.
i havent been playing that many games as my last pc is quite old.
But mostly fallout 3, NFS undercover.

that 5750 isn't going to give you very much performance. you will maybe be able to get medium/high settings with no AA. like you said, money is tight, but i would try and get something slightly better if possible. i'd try and get a 5830.

Honestly, I don't see the point of HD5830 after nvidia released GTX 460 which cost the same, and most of these GTX 460 come with free game like Just Cause 2

hmm, looking at benchmarks i guess i'd have to agree with you there. other than eyefinity, the 460 is about the same or slightly better than the 5830. it consumes slightly more power at load but it does seem to do like 5 fps better on average than the 5830.
