the other things are keyboard mouse and monitor, but those aren't as important. My friend is building this for me, but he wanted me to come up with a parts list. He thinks all the parts will be compatible, but I am just making sure with you guys. Are they all compatible? if now how can I tell in the future. Will this system work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes everything there is compatible with one another.

Everything looks OK to me apart from the power supply. That's not a great PSU, if you can I'd spend the extra and go for a Corsair CX500, Corsair is a much better brand than this "Raidmax" (whoever they are) and this PSU will last. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027&Tpk=corsair cx500

What RAM are you going for? You seem to have omitted it from the list. You'd need DDR3, 8GB is a nice amount to have, but if you're on a tight budget then 4GB will do fine. If you get 4GB, try to go for 2x2GB sticks, and if you want 8GB, try to go for 2x4GB sticks. Something like this would be good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145299 but get 1600MHz RAM if you can afford it.

You might want to also go for an AM3+ board as well just in case you want to/need to upgrade in the future. Your AM3 Athlon will still work in an AM3+ board just fine. :)

Would not recommend that power supply to anyone. Its of bad quality. This one would be much better:

And I'd change the video card to a 6770 or 6790. They'd both be faster than a 7750 for the same price.

Need RAM?

(Vistakid, his board doesn't support 1600 RAM, but yeah, AM3+ would be a good idea.)

Oh, sorry I forgot about the RAM, it was 2x2G, actually the one you recommended, and I will change the PSU and GPU. Thank you very much

Opps. Sorry about that. :/ I was typing that up pretty late at night. ;)

Yes I think everything looks good now, go with the drive and board claptonman suggested. :)
