First Computer Build Help me Please!

Hi I am new to this forum and I needed a new computer so I came here for your help!

My budget is around 500-700 Dollars Canadian!~

I will be using msn,watching movies and other basic things a computer should be able too do!

I want this computer to be fast and can handle multiple programs opened at a time! I will be doing some gaming on this computer. Games: left4dead,CODMW2
and CSS

I want this computer to be dead silent because it will be in my room so a good case for it!

I dont need a crazy graphic card just one that can handle those games listed above with no lag.

I've been learning around the net about computers. And I want a tri core or quad core computer with ddr3 components if it is inside my budget!
and I will also need windows 7 home premium 64bit.

I wont be needing a monitor or mouse/keyboard. Maybe just a 3 piece speaker for around 50 dollars!

Well from what you described I don't see you playing them games without lag unless you play on low settings. Check out cyberpower pc
 
thats demanding for 700 canadian... what is that in USD? like 900? cause im too lazy go convert that to USD and maybe some peeps will help you out :D
