I've never heard of a costume computer? WHAT DOES IT DO?

By the way it's spelled custom, and it's flashy word usally used by computer companies to say "HEY WE CAN DO THE SAME THING AS YOU, THAT ONLY TAKES 15 MINUTES BUT WERE STILL GOING TO MAKE YOU PAY $150 FOR US TO DO IT"

u can do better than that for 1k, we can list parts for you for that much, if you want...and ya should build it yourself rather than lettin someone else do it

Sorry about the title, wasn't thinking at the time :/

But yeah if you or someone could list parts that would get the most for my money for under 1K that would be great. Just as long as they all work properly with one another.

Monitor? OS? Keyboard/Mouse?

This build is around $750 and doesnt include any of those, so if you need a keyboard/monitor/mouse/os you are able to fit it in:
