First CPU build recommendations

I'm thinking about building my first computer soon. I've compiled a list and will be using my own GTX 750 Ti OC as well as speakers, monitors, etc. I'm planning to greatly overclock the CPU and any suggestions to change or keep the parts are welcome!

Also, since this is my first build, is there anything else I need to buy to get up and running? Or should all the products in this list contain the parts needed?

Already have HDD's, optical drives, and Windows 7 disks. Forgot to mention that, sorry!

What kind of performance do you think I'll get outta this? Good for gaming?

Depends on what games. You have a low end dual core cpu and low end video card.

That will be fine. You'll get playable framerates on most games at high settings. The G3258 performs well as does the 750Ti, you just need to overclock the G3258 to around 3GHz.
