Catastrophi

Okay, I've done a lot of research and I plan on ordering everything on Sunday. My budget is around $1,200.00 and I'm just wondering if this is a good build and if y'all have any suggestions. I plan on playing a few games, mostly WoW and the occasional counter strike. Critque please!

and for the processor I'll probably choose the E6750 when it's released Sunday. I plan on getting a aftermarket heatsink and It's between the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835154001 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134. Would the arctic cooler be sufficient if I plan to OC to around 3.0ghz? Also if I got the tuniq would it fit the case?

That sums it up pretty much. Thanks :D

Would this corsair be better? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001

Would the artic cooler have trouble keeping the temps low OC the cpu?

I plan on ordering everything off newegg so everything comes in on the same day and saves all the hassle for just a few bucks.

The total with the corsair is $1,028.80 with 125.00 for mailin rebates. I'll have about 300 bucks for a processor. Should I go with the E6750 or q6660?

Awesome. I'll probably order it right now actually. If I went for the Q6600 the Tuniq is probably a must right? I don't think it'd fit my budget.

Yeah, I added that price. I'm about $40.00 bucks over budget with the Tuniq. Maybe the E6750 + the arctic cooler will be better? I don't think I'll be playing many of the upcoming games that takes use of quad core.

If you can fit it into your budget, why not step up the motherboard. Try maybe a 650 or 680i Nvidia chipset, since its for gaming? Also, if you plan on adding to it at a later date try upping the PSU now so you can future proof a little bit. Other than that, I think it is a nice set up :)
