First gaming pc build, help

I am a working on my first gaming pc build. I already have a Antecedent nine hundred case and a msi 600w pus. Here is what I have came up with, I am trying to stay well under $700.

Looks good. I would probably change the motherboard to a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 tho, however the discount makes the ASUS better. With discount go with ASUS, without go with the Gigabyte board.
This is often up for debate, and to be quite honest, I'm still not sure about it entirely. But with Home Premium you are limited to 16GB of RAM, which might include the graphics card. This would make it better to upgrade to Professional, which allows up to 192GB of RAM, making sure you don't lose anything.
