First gaming PC

No Good

There is no point getting i5 4670K on H87 motherboard.
What is the point having 750W PSU with GTX 650Ti when the mobo only support Crossfire?

This one is slightly better.

However, I believe you can get a much balanced machine for $750.
If you go for AMD FX, and spend more money on video card, that would be faster in gaming.

Edit: If you want to stick with intel, here is what I come up with

Intel i5 4670K
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
Team Xtreem LV 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2400 TXD38G2400HC10QDC01
PowerColor AX7850 2GBD5-DH
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003
LG Internal Super Multi Drive SATA Model GH24NSB0
Seasonic S12II 620W
Corsair 200R

Yeah, you could get a better system by configuring itself. Those combo deals are often not very balanced. At this budget I would probably go with a non-overclockable i5, H87, 8GB quality RAM, 1TB Seagate/WD, CX500M/600M and NZXT Source 210 - and then get the best GPU available. No point in getting an overclockable CPU without a good cooler on Haswell, as they burn up when overclocked. I would also spend ~$20 on a good silent cooler, since the stock one is both loud and just good enough on stock settings.

Intel i5-4570
MSI H87-G43/G45
Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB/G.Skill 2.4GB (G.Skill is often much cheaper with higher MHz, which Haswell can run)
Seagate/WD 1TB
Corsair CX600M
NZXT Source 210
and then I would imagine you could afford a 7950/760 GPU

I can find prices and such later, but I think this should be within the budget.
How about an OS? That often costs ~$85

What do you think about EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760?
Or how about this setup
CPU-AMD FX 6300
RAM-G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600
GPU-EVGA ACX GTX 770
Motherboard-ASUS M5A97 R 2.0
HDD-1TB WD BLUE
Case-Rosewill Challenger
DVD Drive- Black SATA 24X DVD Burner
PSU-Corsair CX600 600 Watt PSU

^ Yup that's a good build.

Better for gaming than the one you were looking at simply because of the graphics card. 270X is far faster than the 650 Ti.
