First OC

I have whats in my sig (5600+) and I have a zalman 9500 on the way with some AC5 to keep it nice and cool... I've never overclocked anything before (this was my first build from scratch) I've read the OC 101 here... stuff at overclock.net and at tomshardware but I was wondering if there are any articles or anything geared towards 5600s specifically? I think I'm beginning to get the jist of everything but i want to know like what the limits of voltages, fsb and everything are for my processor because the last thing I want to do is destroy my brand new machine... anything you guys can tell me will help. anyone have a 5600 that they OCed? How'd you go about it?

Thanks

Also if I just wanted to take it up to 3GHz... do I have to go through the trouble of finding the limits of all my components and all that or if its 200MHz x 14 can I just bump it to 215 x 14 and leave everything else the same? or is that not the right way to go about it?

Just wondering what my options are... I don't want to get in over my head

Thanks

3ghz should be no problem for a 5600+

bump the bus speed and make sure your ram is running at 400 for ddr2 if anything use a divider
