Where's your processor?

While that Thermaltake PSU would probably work fine, I would shoot for a solid 500W power supply. If you decide to get a little higher-watt one, expect to pay around $50.

I would recommend getting Vista 64-bit as your OS. Most people have absolutely no problems with it anymore, and it is incredibly stable as well...and also the newer OS, so you wouldn't have to upgrade later.
 
No processor listed? Get a LG drive instead of LiteOn. The P/S with 430 watts is right on the line. I would go with a little more, like atleast 500/600 watts.
